Upper Saranac Watershed Management Plan

Upper Saranac Foundation was awarded a $68,000 NYS DEC grant to develop a management plan for the Upper Saranac Lake watershed and contracted with the Paul Smith's College Adirondack Watershed Institute to assist in the effort. The resulting document will define community priorities related to watershed resources and establish the framework for future state funding grant proposals.

A series of public participation meetings will be held starting in February 2021 and the final plan will be complete in October 2021.

This page will provide details for all meetings including registration links, meeting materials and recordings from the sessions.

PUBLIC MEETING #2: THURSDAY, MAY 6th, 2021. 7PM-8:30PM

Upper Saranac Foundation and the Paul Smith's College Adirondack Watershed Institute are co-hosting the 2nd of three public meetings for the Upper Saranac watershed management plan. The meeting will be held on Zoom from 7pm-8:30pm and is open to the public. Please register in advance. REGISTER HERE
